These Booking Terms & Conditions govern reservations made through this website, arnoldsnest.com, operated by:

By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking process
All bookings are made through our external booking partner Bentral.
A booking is considered confirmed once:
- you complete the booking process, and
- you receive a confirmation email
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical errors or availability conflicts).
3. Payments
Payments are processed via Bentral and its integrated payment providers.
- The total price is shown during the booking process
- Prices are stated in [EUR] unless otherwise indicated
- Applicable taxes and fees are included unless stated otherwise
4. Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected during booking and are clearly shown before confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise:
- cancellations made within the specified free cancellation period are fully refundable
- cancellations made after this period may be partially or fully non-refundable
- in case of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged
5. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: after 15:00
- Check-out: until 10:00
Further details regarding access and arrival will be provided after booking.
6. Guest responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- respect the property and its contents
- follow house rules provided on-site or prior to arrival
- not exceed the maximum occupancy
Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arnold & Arnold d.o.o. shall not be liable for:
- loss or damage of personal belongings
- personal injury occurring during the stay
- events beyond our control (e.g. weather, infrastructure outages, force majeure)
8. Third-party services
This website uses third-party services, including Bentral, for booking and payments.
We are not responsible for:
- technical issues within third-party systems
- processing of payments by third-party providers
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
In accordance with applicable legislation, we do not designate a specific out-of-court dispute resolution provider for consumer disputes.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
